Thanks for visiting our little piece of paradise. I’m Kris, the one who pays the bills. I’d say I own Hellbent, but in all reality it owns me! I grew up a country boy and always loved spending time at the farm with my grandpa. When my Grandpa passed away, unfortunately the farming went away as well. But just like farming, there was a seed that was planted! I always knew someday I’d make it happen, but I wasn’t sure what direction to take. I figured it would be some sort of animal, and I suppose if you’re going to dive in head first, you may as well go BIG and choose one of the toughest, burliest animals out there…the American Bison!! I didn’t know where to start, but was lucky to come across the Minnesota Buffalo Association who graciously offered to take me and my family on farm tours and provide me with all the info I needed. They left such a positive impact on me, I am currently the President & Region B Director.
